Decimal format vs. Subfleet?

Hello Everyone,

I just got my Uniden BC246T scanner this weekend and adding my scanner frequencies.

I'm successfully able to add the following trunk system for Scanner Frequencies: Vacaville/Fairfield, City of (Public Safety) Trunking System, Vacaville- Fairfield, California.

But when I lookup Scanner Frequencies: California Medical Facility / California State Prison Solano Trunking System, Vacaville, California it does not have the decimal format like above but has a subfleet instead. Will I be able to add this?

Also, will I be able to get a nearby AFB?
