Default Inyo National Forest Dispatch

I was up hiking around in the Mt. Whitney area this weekend and noticed that Inyo dispatch sounds terrible. It really sounds like they are broadcasting in wide-band (clipped and distorted audio on the receiver). There is also a very loud hum on the frequency when they are broadcasting. I think it's a problem in the uplink since it disappears when they release the PTT, but before the repeater drops the carrier. Sounds like maybe a really loud CTCSS isn't being filtered out. The field units sounded normal.

This was Inyo "South" if it makes any difference.

Has anyone else noticed this?
