Thanks for posting this zerg. I had the scanner on earlier tonight when SBSO and UCPD announced the foot patrol was switching to frequency 3. I spent a couple hours trying to find a frequency 3 and couldn't. It's definitely the foot patrol on this frequency tonight. A little before the the effective date on the permit I see.

Especially useful since my window looks over the foot patrol station and into the sally port. Just saw inside as someone was transported earlier, 3 in custody, one on the floor covered in puke. If it's anything like last year they'll have 250 in custody's sitting on the parking lot yelling and making it impossible to sleep before 4am... Should be interesting
