Default Sanger,Ca mystery

Sanger Fire dept repeater output is 155.0325 and it repeats medical dispatches from Fowler, Parlier, and even Madera county from Oakhurst and Bass lake areas. The input is 150.805mhz. The Radio reference database is incorrect, showing an input as 154.34mhz to a repeater output of 150.805. The FCC license link shows this is incorrect. Anyone know why several other agency medical dispatches are coming out of the sanger FD repeater? Is it possibly being simulcast with other EMS dispatch centers?
