North County CERT Teams and Amateur Radio Clubs have been given official approval from ECRA to use their 147.030 repeater on Sunday, May 12 to track and support the AMGEN bicycle race in North County.

I recall back in the days where I would have actually been trying to be in a race like that someday, as opposed to listening to the radio for it. lol Oh well... Not everybody gets to be a star.
