Default Online scanner feeds for CA.

Norcalonlinescanning is a group for scanning enthusiasts in Northern and Central California talking about my online scanner feeds as well as general scanner topics and in progress events.

Feed 1 is comprised of SFFD & SFPD.

Feed 2 encompasses the California Department of Forestry

Feed 3 scans CHP and Fire Deparments on vhf freq's

Feed 4 is comprised of Sacramento, Alco Trunk & livermore trunk systems.

Feed 5 listens to CDF for the northern most of Ca ie. Shasta, Siskiyou & tehama counties.

Feed 6 is the socal feed scanning San Bernardino, Riverside and San Diego CDF units..

Feed 7 scans National forests, BLM and other cdf frequencies

Feed 8 encompasses Kern County S.O Dispatch

Feed 9 Encompasses Kern County FD & other S.O. frequencies

Feed 10 streams Santa Barbara County Fd and S.O. agencies.

My feeds scan departments in 48 counties from Southern Ca up to Tehama county and everything in between. Counties shaded in grey are counties that I pick up on my scanners. Counties in northern part of state darker is from a scanner at my sister remote site... Come and chat about scanning along with any improvements you'd like to see to my feeds to make it a more enjoyable place to listen... my scanner feeds can be found at www.mattlogic.com.

Very cool. I'm toying with the idea of putting something online for San Luis Obispo County, but I'm a newbie to streaming audio.

I'm having trouble connecting to the Santa Barbara feed, not sure if it's down, requires a port I don't have open on my firewall, or is just busy.

REALLY like the online USFS status pages. Hadn't seen these before.

Keep up the great work!

I'm actually looking for someone to host a SLO feed for me.. If you're interested email me offlist... I need to do some alteration to some of the pages but to get on the santa barbara feed just click on the blue writing and will send you to a shoutcast page... It needs winamp also. that might be the problem..

Default How about the Amador-El Dorado CDF?

I was looking through your list of frequencies on the CDF feed, but you do not have the AED primary dispatch channel, their Ch. 1 (151.190), just thier Ch. 2 Command (labeled El Dorado Command on your list).

Anyway you can add that to the program?

Thanks

Is the CHP scanner currently online? When I try to connect, the player keeps showing it's stopped.

Still looking for people to feed the following areas:

MERA
Orange County fire
Imperial County RCS
Several San bernardino Systems
City of San Diego

I am also always looking for backup systems for the L.A. and northern Ca area.

If you can put up a feed, please email me and I will help you through the process. There is also a tutorial online at my website on how to do it.. Since its almost winter, this is a great time to add feeds and stabilize them for next summer!

thanks

www.icidentbroadcast.com, you can get up to 100 listeners for a feed. It's easy to do but must be full time!

Check them out. I do one in Richmond, Va. for Richmond area police depts.
