Default Interesting Greater Los Angeles Analog Based Frequency List

I started this thread because there are those of us that are not very "tech savvy" in the land of scanning and are not as interested in the technical aspects of it as much as just hearing interesting frequencies. In this thread, please post frequencies that fit all of the following criteria:

1. They are originated in the greater LOS ANGELES area (basically, anywhere in Los Angeles county

2. They can be heard on ANALOG scanners

3. They are NON law enforcement based in nature

4. Please list the area of the frequency as accurately as you can, down to the exact city at least (preferably down to the exact facility), so that we can get a good idea of whether it can be reached by our scanner or not

5. You have actually LISTENED to the frequency and know that the subject matter you list it under is VALID, as opposed to a frequency you got from some list and posted it without even checking to see if it's still valid under that subject matter.

6. A brief description of what kind of activity that goes on at the frequency

--------------------------------------------
Ok, I will start with a frequency: 464.18750

It's a Hospital frequency based somewhere in the South Bay (Hawthorne) area. It's orderlies as well as security, and they talk about things like who's turn it is to clean up a particularly nasty spill (like vomit or blood), what staff member hasn't shown up to work yet, which door a patient just came through, which patient is scheduled for therapy, etc.

On 464.1875 D114 I hear security; they apparently are at Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center from what I have gathered listening to them.

I spend a lot of time down in the L.A. basin, but usually at a different location each time. So I program just for the immediate area where I will be. For example Long Beach, Redondo Beach, "Beach cities" (Manhattan/Hermosa area). But I usually listen to law enforcement & fire with minor exceptions. If this is what you're looking for, let me know and I'll post stuff for each area I've monitored. I don't think there is anything new or unusual though.

150.6125 sounds like some unlicensed/bootleg ops. OM's talking about their displeasure with illegal aliens and XXX language at times. (Simplex)

Another good freq is 123.025 used for air-air by helicopters in the LA area

Here's an interesting one: 464.775. It seems to be LAX transportation, but ONLY for disabled people. They transport people from planes that are in wheelchairs, on crutches, mentally challenged, and other various special needs. They don't seem to transport "normal" passengers.

How about GMRS & FRS?!
Those can be fun.
At least better than transportation companies and bootleggers.
