Man Threatning to Jump
Oakley & Eisenhower Expressway (Interstate 290)...CPD 12th District first on the scene, ordered expressway shut down. Offender saw all the equipment and moved over the L Tracks, which were quickly shut down. Activity on Zone 13,City-Wide 1 (HBT Negotiators) , EMS-North, EMS Command, Fire-North. Jump Bags in place on expressway. Call was put out that if any media was seen, he was going to jump. They actually said "if any media listening to the scanners hears this...". I guess they come in handy at times.
