In the last hour on CPD Zone 8,(460.200 CTCSS 136.4) 4 people shot in 3 seperate incidents within the 4th Police District. This involved 2 people shot who then struck a light pole, shots fired call turned into a person shot call as the victim drove himself to a hospital, then someone drove up on a bike and shot yet another victim.at another incident. No cars available to handle paper, ambulances are depleted. Hope you're not bored out there as plenty of activity here in the big bad city...lol. Just think, the night is oh so young...

I was curious to know what happen oin saturday that was a relativity big squad roll call in districts 1/18.

That's a "show of force"...more of a show. From what i've been reading on the blogs, it appears the gangs are infiltrating the Gold Coast area. Not sure where the outdoor roll call was, but this is possible. The internet news is filled with yesterday's activity...out of control.

We had two shooting incidents along Sheridan Road yesterday - one in Lake County and another in Kenosha (WI) County, about 10 mile apart. One fatality in Kenosha. Helicopter up looking for the perps.

You big city guys have nothin' on us Northerners....

I read about this Kenosha shooting on Breaking News this morning. Sounded like a city crime up there.

Great action on Zone 1 and Zone 3 in the last 15 minutes. Currency Exchange robbery on Foster Ave...17th District Tactical Teams pursued the offenders into the 14th District via the Kennedy Expressway.. 3 in custody, all money recovered. Everyone was involvolved.:Commanders, Tactical Lieutenants, great coordination between 17th District and 14th Districts, Dispatchers on both Zones...City-wides as well......great work!

15 total shot in Chicago last night, 7 shot in one incident at Walnut & Homan (Zone 10). Also read of 2 shot in Aurora including an 11 year old. Anyone listen to any of these?

these idiots need something productive to do. 15 shot in one day...and not one law abiding citizen allowed to carry a weapon. I'm staying the hell out of the city.

250 guys to the MFF team is not enough, I love the cpd protest to 2016 Olympics that was interesting and the pan handler on the sidewalk, asking for money. The one officer telling the guy to go jump in the lake was great. Funny, the MFF team was in my town the other day for a homicide that took place extending from a beating that took place in my hometown. And having one of the primaries living two blocks away is always comfortable, followed by gang graffiti in a usually low crime area. Targeted enforcement works really well, apparently. County's all over this before all this non-sense started, more to follow.........
