Question Chicago ISP

Hello, In town for the weekend (listening to isp)was wondering how ISP fields units in Chicago. Do they get take home cars or have a central station they field from?

all troopers have take home cars. Some cars are at district chicago as pool cars or parked while the troopers are on vacation
