In the past, they have used City-Wide 5 to request RD Numbers. UCR 5072 is pulled. Here's the link with the addresses:

I know the Air & Water Show will be utilizing one of the alternate city-wides as well...City-Wides 5 & 6 will be very active tomorrow.

I was just speaking with a CAPS Organizer and laid out an idea:

Take the guns that are clean, I.E.: not used in a crime, not suspected of being used in a crime (all guns are run in a database to check if they have been used in a crime and if they were owned legally). and give them in a raffle or something to those who SHOULD have a gun. Maybe that raffle can be used to fund the CPD Memorial Foundation or some other worthwhile cause to help the community while keeping guns in the hands of the qualified and off of the streets!
