Default Chicago Fire Department Incident Command Assignments

Is there a document that defines the responsibilities of chief officers at working incidents?

At a still and box alarm, there is:
a still chief
a box chief
a plans chief
a RIT chief.
In addition, at a high rise alarm there is:
a fire attack chief
a forward fire command chief.

Where are these assignments defined?
