Berthoud Pass: Tanker Rollover

Gasoline tanker has rolled and is currently blocking Highway 40 on Berthoud Pass on the Clear Creek County side. Approximately 7 miles west of Empire. Driver reported to have head injuries and road is expected to be closed until late this evening. Trailer was plackarded (sp?) with Haz-mat Product code 1203 denoting gasoline or ethanol.
I was about 20 - 30 minutes ahead of this truck on the pass. Road was lightly snowpacked up top, slushly down to Empire Falls, and wet below that. Looks like someone needs a winter driving conditions refresher for their 18,000 pound vehicle.
