EL PASO COUNTY - A large house fire is burning in near Milam Rd. and Shoup Rd. in Black Forest. The fire is believed to have started in the garage of a home at 12440 Milam Rd., and then spread to the home itself. The firefighting effort is being hampered by explosions from ammunition rounds stored in the garage.
