Where did this incident take place, and what all was involved? I'm an EMT and in that area and didn't hear of this yet.

That's what they told command on EM Systems they could accept if needed no where near that many got transported.

Don't know about the fog, all that was found by Xcel crews was an inside nat gas leak.
