Closure Update I-70

WB I-70 closure has been moved back to Empire MM 232; alternate route US 40 to CO 9 Kremmling; or US 285 to CO 9 Fairplay.

Hazmat clean-up in progress; expect long delays.

U/D: Appears CSP and CDOT are not communicating very well tonight, CSP requesting EB lanes be re-closed at Bakerville immediatly.

First post here as a member, but been lurking on the site for a couple of years. I'm a former fireman, 9 years with a local department here in the Denver area, currently a working for a not-to-be-named environmental company as the HazMat response manager and trainer. This pic is from Sunday night, that would be me in the yellow gear, State Patrol Hazmat in the black. I'm out on the bigger incidents most of the time, so now that I'm a member, I'll start posting up photos and details when I'm involved. I did the South Metro tanker job back in August, Coors ammonia leak in August, working the wrong-way fatal semi crash site out near Limon from last month right now.
