It is my belief that it is the edge of District 4. On the east of the dividing line it's district 6, but the line is closer to Broadway than Santa Fe. But for special ops it may be on BlueSW, And a lot of cars have the option to switch to any special ops channel in the Denver DTRS system.

I'm sure it was just a typing error Jon, but Denver's not on DTRS.
