Default Fern Lake Fire Freqs

For the Fern Lake Fire-

123.975 MHz Jeffco Tanker Base
127.325 MHz Air Attack
170.00 MHz Tac
168.775 MHz Command

One helo reported at Broomfiled, Tanker 715 (?), Sikorsky Sky Crane, fixed wing resource arrived today, Tanker 48. That's a P2V that was here last summer for the High Park / Waldo Canyon Fires... It sounds like it will really depend on the winds tomorrow.

Default Update _ Fern Lake Fire

Only Tanker 715, the Sky Crane flew today as far as I know. There was discussion on 168. 65 MHz about issues using Tanker 48 to drop slurry on the fire, I did not hear what the issues were. Tanker 715 and two Air Attack Pipers were flying over the fire at midday.

U/D: Air tanker has been grounded for today at the #FernLakeFire. Winds causing drops to be ineffective. Helicopters still operating.
