U/D: Mom has a serious head injury but is expected to survive even after j walking and the kids are all ok, minor injuries.

AFD dispatched at 6:25 pm, responded on FD TAC-2.

APD dispatched on District-2 at 6:25 pm as well. At 6:30 pm, all radio traffic on this incident switched to APD TAC-21

It must have looked pretty darn bad... An APD unit said they were looking at a possible fatal at 6:31 pm on TAC-21. Glad it wasn't.

Good thing there were at least a couple cops and lots of bystanders there right away to help lift the vehicle right away.
