Default Fatal semi vs car accident south of Colo Springs

Southbound I-25 near MM-128 is closed this morning for a fatal accident involving a semi. This is south of Colorado Springs and just south of Fountain. Initial info looks like it may have been a head-on collision with the car somehow heading Northbound into the Southbound lanes. The person in the car was the fatality. The driver of the FEDEX semi was also hurt.

A 19 year old male from Colorado Springs was in the car

A 45 year old male in the FEDEX truck was understandably in shock but other than that no real injuries.

U/D: All lanes now open southbound I-25 at Fountain with the right lane remaining closed at the accident scene, approximately three miles south of Fountain, during continuing accident cleanup.
