Somewhere in Arapahoe County there is a shooting incident at a High School, probably in littleton. (this is definitely not a drill, I'm hearing lots of traffic on primary dispatch and outside agencies are responding) School Security is patched in to Arapahoe County SO primary dispatch. At least one student is seriously injured.

Shooting at Arap HS, as paged

Some pretty good monitoring and the MNN Zello channel is busy.

It appears that all primary law comm's are still on Arapahoe SO main dispatch (incl. swat). AFAIK nobody has switched to a MAC or NWF Blue channel yet (although it's hard to follow everything with one scanner, someone please correct me if I'm wrong). I'm not sure if Douglas SO units are using the Arapahoe SO dispatch channel, it appears they are not.

This was paged about 20 mins ago as Arapahoe High School Nate.

How do you edit the archives down to only the active audio?

(deleting all the dead air space)

Listening to the archive around 12:32 it would seem that the School Resource Officer (1-P-31) was NOT aware why the school went on lock-down. When did this incident start?

They put the mail channel on Emergency traffic only, but 1-Paul-31 and 1-Paul-36 seemed a little confused.

The Officer was transmitting from "The Forum" or the Library. With one student down in the Athletic Hall. "She's bleeding bad"

Are Denver, Aurora and CSP all using their own normal dispatch channels?

Can someone advise which (single) DTRS site provides the maximum amount of agency coverage for the this incident (i.e. Chevron denies a lot of outside agencies...)?

The 1-Charlie troop is assisting with bus transport and student escort ops on the normal 1-Charlie dispatch channel.

Our first page was 12.37pm so your pretty close listening at 12.32pm.

Sheriff says the shooter entered the school and asked for a specific teacher immediately. The suspect was carrying a shotgun. He made no effort to hide it as he entered the school. Word got around immediately that he was looking for a specific teacher. Teacher left the school in attempt to get the shooter to leave as well.
