LOGAN COUNTY – The sheriff's department reported a tornado touched down eight miles south of Sterling. Two 9NEWS viewers captured funnel clouds on their cameras.

9NEWS viewer, Ruben Frick, took a digital picture of the twister.

Another 9NEWS viewer, Josh Asmus of Sterling, took two video clips of funnel clouds about 11:15 a.m. Saturday, 5-7 miles southeast of Sterling.

Asmus says this clip is of the tornado touching down.

Asmus says this clip is of a funnel cloud that dropped down after the first funnel cloud went back into the clouds.

The Logan County Sheriff's Department says there were no reports of injuries or damage associated with the tornado
