Tank Hill is in Orchard City, an unincorporated area along the lower section of Highway 65 north of Highway 92. This DTRS site should provide good hand-held coverage for the area up past Cedaredge and better mobile coverage on the south side of Grand Mesa. I drove up there Thursday, there is a new building, outside generator, and about a 50 ft tower with a VHF folded dipole antenna on it. Didnt see any 800 MHz antennas in the area - yet.
