Programming trunktrackers for the DTRS

I'm sure that there have been many questions about how to properly program the DTRS, particularly on the new generation of DMA and OO trunktrackers.

There was an article in the wiki for the PRO-96/2096, but of course now there are many more than that on the market.

The article has been renamed and moved to be able to better handle the expanded topic to this (all links are in blue)
