will my pro2096 pick this area up? Also where can i find ski patrol at ?

Yes, the pro2096 will pick up Douglas County agencies quite well. What ski patrol are you looking to hear? There aren't any ski resorts I am aware of in Douglas County.

If he's really from Arizona I bet he'd consider Monument Hill a ski area on certain days.
Yes a Pro-2096 will work great for the DTRS system (Douglas County) or the ski areas in the mtns (Summit, Eagle, Routt, Pitkin Counties etc)
