MAC 3 traffic

Anyone know what the MAC 3 traffic is? Sounds like maybe a CSP troop?? But why are they on a MAC channel?

What sort of CSP #'s are you hearing Charles? Would help to ID what area.

It is definitely CSP and think it is special ops for something that shouldn't be posted

I was on the New Raymer Tower

They shut the ops down around 2300 and it was something to do with a bait car and other lojak hits

It started to sound like that to me too..So I just let the post die. At one point sounded like a "task force"

Nice catch. i was still hearing CSP traffic on mac 3 around 2am. Sounded just like normal CSP though. any ideas?

CSP would have to use a MAC channel to communicate with any local SO or PD since they likely share no other common channels. MAC 3 is the designated Law Mutual Aid DTR Talkgroup for the metro area.
