...so I voted for Ops. Insider info: when something happens that's other than a strictly law enforcement situation, I monitor Ops 1 to find out what's going on.
I've also found that there is so little traffic on the police channel, that monitoring the others doesn't cause me to miss anything. In fact, the primary "conflicts" are between PD and EMS or FD and EMS because they tend to be dispatched to the same calls.

So, for the 5 who want to hear the Ops 1 channel, I will leave it in the lineup (its been on since the night the snowstorm started).
