Problem I need help with

On my 106 & 197 I can not get object 16 to work on either 1 of them. I have Adams County in that one and when I push on it to enable it in both scanners it say's "nothing enabled". I have it set for P25 Auto and the multi site mode I have tried all, off, stat & roam. Am I not doing something right here? All the other objects work. Hope someone can help me on this.

Have you changed anything? If not, has it worked in the past? If you have changed something, what was it? What is your system type programmed as? Is the scanner receiving the CC? What's your signal strength? Does it show the T icon?
