Updated WIN96 file for Northern Colorado and the Metro area for the PRO-96 and PRO2096.
Removed Denver Public Works EDACS to make room for the Lakewood P25 system that is testing and simulcasting Lakewood PD from their EDACS ESK system. As a result the DIA Bank has moved to Bank 7 While Lakewood is now in Bank 8.
Lakewood Bank 8 is in "open" mode since the final system configuration is in question and patch groups still appear to be random. When talkgroup assignments are more clear this bank will be adjusted accordingly..
Added Longmont to the Adams/Broomfield Bank 0.
