Talk Group 2214

I have been hearing surveilance activity on 2214 from the Cheyene Mtn. site 868.050. Units have mentioned not being able to arrest because they didn't see her put "item" in the dumpster. One unit said he was still in La Junta. Another talked about putting a GPS unit on the car so they could find out where suspect lived and where other players were staying. WalMart was mentioned also. No activity in the last 30min. Anyone got a clue as to who this is?
