The annual Columbine High School to Platte Canon High School motorcycle ride/rally/5k race will take place Sunday, September 30th. A great opportunity for exercising your scanner in the areas of mutual aid, State DTRS, local Sheriff (Park and Jefferson Counties), finding dead spots in the course (C-470 and Wadsworth up to 285 and then south/west to Bailey), and of course to show your support. Photo opportunities and scanner as well as online listening exercises will be many. It's a great time to put in a wildcard in your scanner for the Statewide DTRS and those lesser-used channels may modulate.
