I heard some Nexedge transmissions on 160.515 today, so I searched the FCC Web site for licensee info.

Transportation Technology Center, Inc, a Railroad Research and Test Facility in Pueblo, is in the process of replacing its analog narrow band radio system with an NXDN very narrowband system. They need frqs with which to test this system in NXDN mode while the TTCI operates on it analog narrowband system.

They could have avoided the FCC questioning if they would have just put the correct model number of the amp they would be using in the first place...
