Need Help identifying freqs

151.1 Came in real clear while in Evergreen. Elbert Co.? It was obvious L.E.
153.845 Usually listen to Gilpin county on this one, but I hear a different agency once in a while. I heard them talk about I-76 at mm 71(I think it was 71 anyway). Could this be Morgan Co.?

YES Elbert County SO.

YES Morgan County SO, same freq at Gilpin but a different PL.
