Default El Paso County Travel Channel

I just figured out that the DTRS TG-2711 labeled "PPRCN-A" is used as the "El Paso County Travel Channel".

I've always heard prisoner "transport" units on the El Paso County S.O. talk group say they were switching to the "Travel Channel" but I never knew which TG they were switching to until now because I thought the PPRCN-A TG was just used for testing or something like that (going by its name), so I had never put it into my scan banks.

Today I heard EPSO transport units talking about how that had "quite an experience in Douglas County" and the other transport unit was saying that he heard about the situation through Arapahoe County. Then they said they were switching from the Travel Channel to EPSO-1.

Now it has me curious what was happening in Douglas County...
