DIA Change

[RF-Intel]

DIA has now officially added 5 channels that have been in testing for
several weeks to the existing trunked system. Additionally, they are now
implementing a 2-site simulcast system on DIA property.

Add the following to your setup:
LCN 11 - 856.4375
LCN 12 - 857.4375
LCN 13 - 858.4375
LCN 14 - 859.4375
LCN 15 - 860.4375

Thanks Mark / I will have to check the database. Is DIA in the database? I have a list of talkgroups somewhere.
