Special Notice: NASA lost a payload and box, last seen south of the Springs at 35K. Sending a single on 147.55 & 145.550 requested CAP assistance but they declined.

Possible reward if found.

Why on Earth would the CAP decline to assist with this search? When I was an active member, we got tons of support from NASA...

The excuse I heard was there is no current MOU in place between the military (NASA) and CAP.

Although we have a few good local DF groups including AOSS and I'm sure they'll get involved.
