Structure Fire in N. Boulder

Fully involved home on Black Cherry Ct. in the Orange Orchard subdivision. It's the next neighborhood over from me. I just drove about a block away and the house is fully involved--lots of flame showing through the roof. Response from City of Boulder FD and Boulder Rural FD. Coordination on Red 2 (154.205).

Additional--the home is unoccupied per neighbors and a primary search of the house.

BES now on scene providing lighting and rehab.

Single mom, three kids. Kids are at their dad's. Mom's out of town. It's like a $500K house, too. Means most likely any pets are gone too.
