There aren't a lot of physical radio moves planned for 2019 but there are some number identifiyer changes that will occur on or around January 1st. One of the biggest changes is that legacy Cunningham Station numbers will change to the 20's. Also, Battalion's are being realigned and renumbered to the following...
District 1 (Station 34) is the shift commander and will respond like a Battalion on incidents
Battalion 1 (Station 16) will oversee Stations 13, 16, 19, 36, 39 and 40
Battalion 2 (Station 12) will oversee Stations 11, 12, 15, 17, 18 (and 20 - Opening late 2019)
Battalion 3 (Station 32) will oversee Stations 14, 32, 33, 34, 37 and 38
Battalion 4 (Station 41) will oversee Stations 41, 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47
Battalion 5 (Station 21) will oversee Stations 21, 22, 23, 31, 35 and 42
Special Ops 1 (Station 45) will oversee all special teams
Another change is Safety Officers will move from the current split week coverage to the 48/96 schedule. Safety 18 and Safety 35 will go in service on December 31st and respond as closest unit.
ARM31 will move to ARM14
Changes that have already occurred include M12 and M18 moving to full-time staffing and LFR response plans now mirroring SMFR response plans.
