Scanner Meeting Longmont

Hey guys I have a fellow that I go to church with whom works at the
Longmont FAA place he said we can get a tour early on a saturday morning
He will need a head count before he asks (officially) Maybe we can tour and do breakfast there are some good places not to far away

let me know what you all think and Ill see what he can set up maybe september?

I'm in. Never been to the "Longmont FAA place"

Denver Tracon is pretty sweet, and I would think the ARTCC is nothing less of spectacular itself.

I will go. I actually toured the artcc back in 83, I would be interested in seeing how it has changed. Let me know the time and meeting place. Breakfast afterwards would be great.

Hey that was my idea, but I was a little to slow at letting you all know when we could do it. Also, If afterwards you'd like to tour Longmont Emergency Unit's building which is only about six blocks over from the FAA Center I'd be willing to let you'll come over.

Count me out on Saturdays, I work 12-hour nights through the weekends.

For those that can't make the time jeffrey sets up let me know of a second date anybody wants to attend because I've been planning to set this up for the last month. I will just be out of town for two weeks the second half of August.

well sounds like there are enough guys intrested and hey Chris sorry man Id Love to tour Longmont emergency also

Im thinking mid september He needs to check with folks and get the ok so Ill keep you all up to date

Chris I guess we need to be on same page as far as time and dates go

Considering I drive past the place 5 days a week. Heading to the peoples republic

Lots of eateries along S. Hover to chose from like Country Buffet, Texas Road House etc.....
