Unhappy Strange Training

Okay, I have to ask because it's driving me crazy and I ended up locking them out. Who in the world is "Echo" in Denver? I keep hearing "Echo Field Team, Echo SOC, Echo this and Echo that" on 07-157. It's obviously some sort of training and I'm thinking it's OEM, but I have no idea. They sound like a bunch of CBers and it's getting ridiculous! THey are training with PD at different substations and the FD. I don't remember any training postings. Anyone have any idea?

I heard these guys today around lunch time using an 07- TG on DFD's system. Sounded like training, some talk of Fire Department and "customers". Maybe Red Cross or CERT?

It was yesterday (10/24) started early around 8-9am and continued until I locked them out around 12. Thanks for asking!

....they were back at it today. Sounded like a WMD drill up near the stock show grounds. Didn't find anyone that knows anything about it yet.
