Has anyone else heard what sounds like Non-PS traffic on CLEER? I didn't hear enough to figure out who or what it was (except a call sign of Delta??). I had it programmed in with no PL so it could be anything. I think I have heard this before and possibly only when east of Colorado Blvd. - so maybe a rural user? Today it was strong enough to hear, but got crushed when CSP called AdCom for a non-emergency back-up for one of their troopers early this afternoon.
