Lookout Mountain Site Voice Ch's

While logging the lookout mountain site this evening, I noticed that there were three new (to the site) voice channels that were added. They are 854.1625, 857.7875, and 866.1125. Since I usually do not log this site I was wondering if these are permanent additions or only just added to help relieve system congestion during this storm.
