Thumbs up DTRS Rebanding pro96com files

This thread is for anyone that has new freqs for any DTRS sites.

Helpful Hints
  • Please delete your old pro96com file and log the site so it only shows the new rebanded freqs.

  • It's also helpful to log the site long enough to get the ID channel. On a lot of the sites, it's quiet enough that you won't get all the frequencies unless you wait for the ID. It's 10 after and 40 after for the Zone 2 sites.

Thanks for everyone's support!!!

Default One observation

Looking at the sites (for which we have data) that have been re-banded, a pattern is developing.

In each case the new Control Channel is 15 MHz below the old control channel:

For example:

120 - T0114 - DTB control channel was 868.70000 MHz, now it is 853.70000 MHz (= 868.70000 - 15 MHz)
221 - T0215 - Cedar Mtn control channel was 868.97500 MHz, now it is 853.97500 MHz (= 868.97500 - 15 MHz)
225 - T0219 - Juniper Mtn control channel was 868.55000 MHz, now it is 853.55000 MHz (= 868.55000 - 15 MHz)

I don't know if this pattern will hold - but at the moment it would appear to be a rule-of-thumb that could be applied for finding the new control channel if your favorite DTRS site all of a sudden "disappears" due to rebanding.

It's now confirmed on the national pro96com list that this 15MHz change is correct and is a national trend.

Not new news....NPSPAC licensees have been scheduled to move down 15 MHz for months.

Smile Site 327 Grover Rebanded!

Have heard the radio techs up here this AM, transmissions have been encrypted.
Just ran Pro96Com and found this.

Site 327 Grover
freq changed DOWN 15 Mhz
from 868.175
now 853.175

I am too far from the Grover site, I picked this up off the Buckhorn (313) site.
