visiting Colorado Springs/Fountain, need info

I'm going to be visiting the Colorado Springs / Fountain area over the weekend.

Can anyone tell me (or direct me to a site that will tell me) about the radio codes in use by area public safety? (I.E. 10 codes letter codes etc.)

Also is there any quirks in listining to the El Paso DTRS system as opposed to the state DTRS system?
