Default Helena, MT - Bringing Montana's Communication System Into the 21st Century

HELENA, Mont. -- Digital communications in Montana is receiving a big boost thanks to a joint effort between the 341st Missile Wing, Malmstrom Air Force Base, and the Montana National Guard. The Interoperability Project is the name of a new communications project aiming to bring central Montana communications into the 21st century.

The entire project to be completed in two months???? I think there is a little miscommunication.... Maybe that one site will be done that fast.... But no way the whole state. Glad to see another state upgrading comms!

I've been in SW Montana for 6 years. When I first heard that the state was getting this Intereop system, I pickup a Pro96,but nothing in SW Montana yet. Helena was first for testbed then now west central and northwestern parts are SLOWWWLY comming on.
milf is right I think the NGuard wants in.
