BLOOMINGTON, Ill. -- Bloomington police are wrapping up their testing of Starcom 21 but whether they switch to the digital radio system is far from decided.

I'm guessing it will be another year before they come to any real decision on which way to go.
I hope they stay analog for the reason that it will save them the headache from the poor quality audio they will have,like normal does now.

Can we get the title edited to be Illinois, not Indiana. All that shows on the homepage is the article title which says Bloomington, IN and is misleading.
