YORK, Pa. West Manheim supervisors have approved replacing the township's obsolete analog two-way radio system with "all digital frequency" radio equipment.

The story is a bit obscure. Are they just buying subscriber radios to go onto the York County P25 system?

That comes to about $570 a radio. That doesn't sound like p25 radios to me.
dPMR.... maybe. But not p25.
