It is the T-Band that is being auctioned off...it was traded away to fund 99 weeks of unemployment, among other things

The rebanding of T band is years away, if ever. It has NOTHING to do with any unemployment costs, in fact the statutory use of T band auctions is to move the affected public safety licenses - and it is already projected that the proceeds will never pay that cost.

The planning process is already 5 years behind time, with completion supposed to happen in 2023. It is not going to happen.
