It depends on what browser you use to surf the Internet, and what version of that browser. They all have different ways of importing/exporting.

In ie goto file..import and export...choose export to a file.....choose faves,cookies,feeds...export to a flash drive..
import process is the reverse
good luck!

You could also network all the old and new computers, then transfer the chosen folders/files over your network.

Favorites sounds like you use IE. In XP the folder is located under C:\Documents and Settings\" your username"\Favorites Replace "your username with yours of course.
Now just copy the contents and paste them to the same directory (your profile name) on the other computers.
*
in Windows Vista:
C:\Users\<Current User>\Roaming\Favorites\
Simple Socket File Transfer 1.0 - WhitSoft Development (For many files just compress them and transfer that file. This does not requite netbios to be on or any of that Windows junk.

You can also link firefox favs to any computer via an account. Although, I prefer local storage.

Merry Xmas. Here's your answer:
Xmarks | Bookmark Sync and Search
It works on all three major browsers (by which I mean Chrome, Firefox and IE but it does work on Safari apparently), and cross platform. Free (for now), works great. Been using it for years.
