Monroe PD digital or digital encrypted?
I am looking to put Monroe PD into a scanner here at work. Does anyone know if they are encrypted or just digital in the 400mhz band?

They are digital in the clear. Not sure if they have encryption capability.

As of two fridays ago (Jan 22, 2010). Monroe PD went encrypted. FD & EMS are still non-digital as far as I know.
